◎简 介
英次（高仓健 饰）是一名刑警，因为拥有着精准的射击技巧而闻名警队上下。英次深爱着妻子，却想不到他深深信赖的女人竟然背叛了他，痛苦的英次选择了离婚。相场（大泷秀治 饰）是英次的射击教练，遭人暗杀身亡，英次追随着杀手留下的线索，找到了杀手的妹妹玲子。终于，以玲子为诱饵，英次顺利的抓到了罪魁祸首告松。
之后，因此邂逅了名为桐子（倍赏千惠子 饰）的酒吧老板娘，两人很快就坠入了爱河。桐子的温柔乡让英次产生了辞职的念头。可是，就在这个节骨眼上，因此发现桐子的情夫森冈才是杀害相场的真正凶手，正义感的趋势之下，因此亲手击毙了森冈。
